WARREM CONNECTICUT – We’re having the landscape rearranged here to create a flat and level space on this hilly site that will be large enough to pitch a tent For Francesca’s wedding celebration in July 2017. This is what a major mound of topsoil looks like.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – Our first snow of the year, in time for a whitish Thanksgiving. There are still leaves on the trees as a result of the very late Autumn. Lovely day.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – A really good day here with nice light. Again, embracing the landscape.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – This is one of the first time’s that I’ve actually felt good about images from the Northeastern deciduous forrest. I’ve been struggle with this landscape for a while – it requires a completely different approach than the Western landscape that I grew up in. Today I got close and embraced details that convey a sense of mass and foreboding, and used selective focus. I’m also using on camera fill flash. You’ll see more like these.
