NEW YORK NEW YORK – I’m spending time in local hospitals with a friend who has become very sick. The means more iPhone images, including the first below, which is looking up at a ceiling light fixture at Mt. Sinai Hospital. The rest are with my Leica Monochrom. Check out the security camera.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – I found some good light and shadows on Park Avenue in the 50s (actually in front of the Racquet & Tennis Club), and then security cameras a few blocks away. I’m doing a project on security cameras. I’m suddenly noticing them everywhere – my posts for July 14 and 13 also include security cameras.

Day 2100 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life. One of those nice round numbers.

NEW YORK NEW YORK. Out on the Park Avenue divider with some newly installed sculpture by Santiago Calatrava, who I think of primarily as an architect. Really interesting futurist work.
