WARREN CONNECTICUT – It’s late Spring here with lovely light; the shadows are still transparent as the new leaves are light and translucent. I’m shooting ultra wide with my Sony 12-24 zoom, a space that I’m very comfortable in.

MANHATTAN – Shooting around our apartment today. I’ve included an image of a Chihuly work and and image of a light fixture, both taken with my Sony A7riii camera and the excellent Sony 90mm Macro lens.

MANHATTAN – Shooting wide with my Sony A7Riii and lovely Zeiss 25mm lens. Not much going on today in my life. The phenomenal Sony sensor let me recover highlights in this image from outside my office – highlights that would have been totally blown in most other cameras that I’ve ever owned.

WASHINGTON AND WARREN CONNECTICUT – We spent some tine on Lake Waramaug today. Shooting with my Leica 500 Summiicron Asp. lens on my Sony A7riii today (with a Novoflex adapter). This combination works very well. The lens has wonderful rendering is as sharp across the field on the Sony, and is actually easy to focus.
