ORLANDO FLORIDA – Just to be clear I’m here for a conference. I didn’t volunteer for Orlando. It really doesn’t suit me. It’s dead flat and visually boring. Today was a travel day, which is usually bad for me but I managed to squeeze in some images at the far end of my travel, here. Interestingly I did end up with five or six ideas that came out well. Maybe I’m becoming more accomplished.
Day 2342 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.
On this day last year (day 1977): Winter’s grip is unceasing in Litchfield County Connecticut. I guess that’s why people move to Orlando.
NEW YORK NEW YORK – Another day of shooting with my new little 28mm f2.8 lens. To get this one I hold the camera at arm’s length above my head to see over a fence and made three shots that I stitched. A typical day.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – On the street and at the Metropolitan Museum with my Leica Monochrom and the new 28mm Elmar lens, a lens that I’ve become addicted to.
Day 2340 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.
In this day last year (day 1975): Old Nikkor. Last year at this time I was experimenting with an 85mm Nikkor lens (rangefinder mount) from the mid-1950s. It’s a lovely lens and was a breakout product for Nikon. This is a different image than the one I used last year.
NEW YORK NEW YORK – An out my window today. Shot with my Leica Monochrom and 135mm lens, three frames stitched.
Day 2339 of one photograph every dat for the rest of my life.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – My poor sore neck gets better and better. Back to shooting on the street – not to much effect today.
Day 2338 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.
On this day two years ago (day 1608): WTC II
NEW YORK NEW YORK – Feeling a bit better so I went out and about in good light with my Leica Monochrom and a new lens, the tiny and brilliant Leica Elmar f 2.8 28mm, and looked for my mojo.
Day 2337 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.
