NEW YORK NEW YORK – Continuing my work with alleys. You may remember that I’ve been shooting with a Sony a7r2 for nearly a month now. It requires a serious amount of work to convert files from color to black and white in Lightroom and Photoshop, and I’m not certain the the results match what comes straight out of the camera with my Leica Monochrom – although it’s close.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – A full day of Thanksgiving prep. This is my favorite holiday of the year – it’s a non-commercial time for family – but since I’m the cook in the family I do feel the pressure. I managed to work with some Neapolitan Christmas ornaments that we literally have hanging around the house.
