WARREN CONNECTICUT – We celebrated Thanksgiving here, as we have since the mid-1980s or so, with turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes, white bean and squash stew, and the rest of the usual accompaniments.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – Have I mentioned that I’m the cook in our family? And by family I mean the whole extended circus, so the day before Thanksgiving is a heavy day of shopping and prep. I managed to squeeze in a couple of images, still working with my Leica Monochrom and Noctilus f.95 lens with a neutral density filter, which manages to produce magic from mundane scenes.

NEDW YORK NEW YORK – Another one of those days when I just barely made it from a photo-a-day standpoint. Today it was the run up to Thanksgiving that got in the way. I took some photos walking to and from shopping but most were poor, so I settled on in image in our kitchen captured with my Leica Monochrom and 135mm lens.
