WARREN CONNECTICUT – Tonight Lake Waramaug celebrated the Forth of July weekend with fireworks. The image below is actually a composite of three groups of fireworks. We saw the display from directly across the lake from where the display was launched at a boathouse belonging to our friends Doug and Judy Hamilton.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – Where to start? I found myself today in the West Village in brilliant early evening light and got many interesting images (revisiting some sites that I’ve long been interested in). Then at cocktails for the Center for Fiction. I’ve had a lot of trouble editing.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – Hard to know what this is: a piece of junk or a valuable picture. I found it stood up on Park Avenue, apparently unattended. Shot with my Leica Monochrom and 50mm “rigid” Summicton lens from 1962.
