MANHATTAN – I spent the day at Audubon Terrace in upper Manhattan. The American Academy of Arts and Letters is located here. Maria has been to the Academy multiple times and suggested that while the site and architecture are interesting (actually surprising) there isn’t much going on inside the buildings. I can confirm the latter point – but a did find a wall of poorly-executed portraits of women. I couldn’t sort out who painted them.

Day 6,050 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.

Bad portraits

Looking back sixteen years to Manhattan (I believe far West 42nd Street). Day 206 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.
