WARREN CONNECTICUT – On some days you might say “It’s snowing.” On others you might say “It’s raining.” Well today I’d say “It’s icing,” Truly ugly conditions and terrible under foot. This type of storm often causes serious damage to threes and bushes. This time there was very little damage, so I guess you could say we were lucky.
