NEW YORK, NEW YORK – Another tough day for choices.  I went out at sunrise to photograph the Congregational Church in Warren, Connecticut, to pretty good effect.  We drove back to New York and ended up at cocktails celebrating Jonathan Galassi’s birthday.  I cute child at the party edged out the church.  I’ll go back to Warren on another day, perhaps in the snow, which will be here soon.

PORTLAND, OREGON – Portland has a remarkable food culture.  There are elaborate “food carts” in various parts of town – generally in clusters.  They aren’t actually “carts”.
