WARREN CONNECTICUT – Another distracted day. This is the busiest that I’ve ever been in my day job. I took my Sony Alpha 7r ii out to the barn, which for us has turned into a giant storage bin. Then dogs at a party later in the day.

NEW YORK NEW YORK – I shot odds and ends today – first around the house to make sure that I got an image for the day, then from an event on Canal Street. All with my Leica Monochrom.

WASHINTON DC – I’m here on some James Beard Foundation business, and had a chance to photograph, not very well, on my walks back and forth from Union Station to my meetings. The light was dull – sort of a miasma of politics – so I didn’t get much. The best image of the day was out the window of the offices that we met in.

SAN FRANCISCO (SFO) – I’ve got my usual travel day blues, making my way back to New York. I got exactly one image today of a screen in the airport here – the screen is actually a pretty good example of mid-century modern design. Today I took exactly one image, with my iPhone 6S.
