NEW YORK NEW YORK – Some new experiments. My Leica Monochrom produces very high resolution. Most of the images that I post here have the capacity to be printed at 24 x 36 inches with ease. What if I crop aggressively: if I’m only interested in web resolution I can crop to very small areas. Here’s an example from today:
On this day last year: ground fog.
with 18 MP on the camera, sure you can crop wherever you like.
This photo of the free bird can provide many good areas to be printed.
I would be interested in the settings as the range of tones is incredibly soft.
