LONDON – Still here. Another day exploring Holland Park, Chelsea and Kensington. I walked to the Serpentine Gallery where there was a Marina Abramović performance entitled 512 Hours. No cameras in the gallery but nice light outside so I had a pretty good run of architectural images.

LONDON – I spent a good part of the day wandering in the Holland Park area with a camera. I didn’t resonate with much of what I saw. Here’s a typical image.

LONDON – A dullish day. Too hot with a high overcast sky. Not really great for cityscapes or anything else for that matter. Here are a couple from Holland Park.

On this day two years ago (day 1,071): Monochrom. This was the maiden voyage of my Leica Monochrom so it must be celebrating it’s second birthday today. Here’s a picture taken in the rain near Fotocare where I bought it.
LONDON – I arrived in London this morning where I’m staying with my sister-in-law for a week to keep her company as she recovers from serious surgery. She lives near Shepherds Bush and Holland Park which will be the focus of my photo efforts. We won’t have time for tourism so you won’t be seeing Big Ben and the London Eye. Here you go:
