WARREN CONNECTICUT – Here we are at home in Connecticut with the small barn that we’ve converted to a gym. I’ve shot the facade many times – I use it to test new cameras and lenses – today my new Sony RX1Rii, a very high quality “pocketable” camera that I will be shooting exclusively for the next few weeks.

Day 3013 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life.

On this day six years ago (day 822 of one photo every day): A local baker. A Belgian baker and candy maker located in neighboring Kent CT. He was a former White House pastry chef – he subsequently left the community, presumably for grander things.

WARREN CONNECTICUT – Here are two images: the second is the one that I imagined when I stopped the car on Route 341 here; the first is the stronger image that I found when I was on the ground and got into the moment. Shot with my Sony A7Riii and an 85mm Batis lens.

On this date seven years ago (day 455 of one photo every day): Fire escape. For some reason fire escape and water tank images are popular on my social media pages.

NEW YORK NEW YORK = The weather has perked up a bit – not nearly as cold.  I got out with my Sony A7riii and a 55mm Zeiss lens. Both of these images are three frames stitched.

MANHATTAN NEW YORK – I spent this morning in the vicinity of New York Hospital in a blizzard – a poor day for humans but excellent for photography. All images taken with Sony A7Riii and lovely 25mm f2.0 Carl Zeiss lens.

Day 3003 of one photograph every day for the rest of my life. A palindrome!

On this day last year (day 2638): A very special bottle of wine. I mean vey special. It drank marvelously – still maintaining some front after 50+ years in the bottle.

MANHATTAN NEW YORK – I shot around home today in the courtyard of our building and on upper Park Avenue.  I noticed that the corner stone on the Brick Presbyterian Church seems to have suffered serious weather damage.  Shooting with my Sony A7Riii and Carl Zeiss 25mm f2.0 lens.  Black and white conversions using my proprietary formula.
