AVIZE FRANCE – We’ve driven here in the heart of the Champaign district from Frankfurt. Our overnights stop is at a marvelous Champaign producer named Jacques Pelosse, where there is a hotel and Michelin starred restaurant. Here we are with friends at dinner.
