PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA – We spent the morning today in Phil Foster Park in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Palm Beach Gardens is not Palm Beach by a large margin, and Phil Foster Park is mostly underwater: it’s snorkel and scuba park entered under Blue Heron Boulevard, an elevated causeway.
